Chef Seeks Recipes for Military Cookbook

Kate Gabriele appeared on's BlogTalkRadio show to talk about her quest to have recipes submitted for a book on the food missed by service personnel when they were away from home.

Kate shared her cooking background (including her cooking show) and her motivation for starting this cookbook project to collect and preserve the recipes as well as the photos and stories of the service personnel to whom these recipes meant so much.

I continue to use the "Officer's Wives Cookbooks" I got in the 60's Well tested and still drawing great comments today...Maybe you can find old copies. They were Meat, Dessert, Vegetables and ???
